Below are the guidelines and fees associated with withdrawing your royalties.

Withdrawal Requirements:

To withdraw your royalties on Gazata Music, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Minimum Threshold: Your account balance must be above R100.

Withdrawal Fees:

1. Domestic Bank Transfer (Within South Africa): We charge a withdrawal fee of R10 for each bank transfer within South Africa.
2. International Bank Transfer: For international transactions, there is a withdrawal fee of 15% of the total withdrawal amount.

How to Request a Withdrawal:

1. Log in to your Gazata Music account.
2. Navigate to the “Withdrawal” section in your dashboard.
3. Ensure your account balance is above the minimum threshold of R100.
4. Select your preferred withdrawal method (Domestic or International).
5. Enter the withdrawal amount.
6. Review and confirm your withdrawal request.

Processing Time:

Please allow up to 10 Business Days for your withdrawal request to be processed. Processing times may vary based on your selected withdrawal method and your bank’s policies.
